It is the policy of Fmtron, that knowing and observing the lawful use of all kits is a first responsibility of our kit user/builders. We do not endorse any unlawful use of any of our kits, and we try to give you as much common sense help about normal and lawful use as we can.

| Terms & Policies: |
- we carry our product 90-day limited warranty parts & Labor
- Home fm Transmitter refund can be accepted in 14 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package with all the accessories in it. When you shipped back, please give us tracking number. We'll refund your money in 10 working days. (shipping and handling charge not refundable)
- Replace can be accepted in 14 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package, no need return any accessories. All replaced transmitter below 20w will be send out within 5 working days, otherwise will be 10-15 working days after we receice your return package.
- Absolute no refund or credit after 14-day.
- Shipping and Handling charge was not refundable for all returns.
- Shipping & Handling charge was included on total sale price.(shipping & handling applied 15% of sale price, minimum charge will be $15.00 )
- All return goods must has a RMA number with it, please contact us get a number. The RMA number good for 15 days and we must receive return package within 15 days after we issured.
- All return for refund will take 10 working days for processing.
- Professional FM Transmitter, special order, volume discount, special sales and on-sale product was applied 15% restocking fee of total sales price if buyer ask refund within 14 days after signed package.
- The cost of item shipping back is buyer's responsibility, the resend shipping cost is seller's responsibility.
- It is buyer's responsibility to pay both way shipping charges due to buyer's providing address was mistake, refuse package, cancel order or undeliveriable.
- The warranty are void due to USER did not connect on antenna causing damage.
- The warranty are void if customer's misuse, accident or modify the unit.
- The Physcial damage is not under warranty.
- Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
- we are not guarranty our post data, pictures or specifications are 100% accurate.
- We only accept payment by Paypal with registered user, prepay,western union or wire, no COD please.
- We ship by USPS, UPS, DHL.
- Import duty tax is buyer sole responsibility.
- The buyer is responsible for complying with all FCC rules & regulations within the USA, or any regulations of their respective governing body.
